This policy explains what data the mobile game League of Robots: Swordart ("the game", package com.leagueofrobots.swordart) uses. The game is developed by League of Robots Games ("we"). Contact: safa.karabulut@outlook.com.
Your single-player progress (level, inventory, gear, stars, records, settings) is saved locally on your device. It is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Online play (matchmaking, friends, parties, rank, leaderboards, voice chat) uses Epic Online Services provided by Epic Games, Inc. When you use online features the following is processed:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Guest login: an anonymous device-based account identifier. Epic login: your Epic account ID and display name. | Sign in, matchmaking, friends, leaderboards |
| Game data: rank points, match results, friend code, equipment power used for matchmaking | Ranked play, leaderboards, fair matchmaking |
| Voice audio (only if you turn voice chat on; it is off by default) | Live voice chat with your party/opponent. Audio is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored by us. |
| Network data such as IP address and connection quality (ping) | Connecting players and showing connection quality |
Epic's privacy policy: https://www.epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your payment details. We only receive a purchase confirmation so the item (for example Diamonds or Remove Ads) can be delivered and restored.
The game may show optional rewarded ads (for example to continue a fight or to multiply a reward) provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and similar data to show and measure ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Users who bought "Remove Ads" do not see ads. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
The microphone is used only for voice chat, and only after you turn voice chat on. You can refuse or revoke the permission at any time; the game works without it.
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the service providers above (Epic Games, Google) to run the features described. Other players can see your display name, rank and robot appearance in online modes.
The game is not directed at children under 13.
Online data is sent over encrypted connections.
To delete your online game data (guest or Epic-linked account: rank, leaderboard entries, friend code, match data), send an email to safa.karabulut@outlook.com with the subject "Delete my League of Robots data" and your in-game name or friend code. We delete the data within 30 days. Local single-player data is deleted when you uninstall the game. Deleting your Epic Games account itself is done at Epic: https://www.epicgames.com/account.
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
